Here is what’s included in the program of this tour
This all-inclusive 2 day, 1 night tour takes you through the most impressive areas of Voyageur’s National Park as we straddle the Canadian Border through Namakan, Sand Point and Crane Lakes where we then leave the park and head upstream on the Loon River and east into Lac La Croix which is the most westerly lake in the pristine Boundary Water Canoe Area (BWCA). Our trip gets interrupted by 2 very unique portages. At the Loon Falls portage our boat is loaded on a railroad car and moved around the shallow water and rapids. This is a very special trip with scenery and wildlife very specific to the U.S. and Canadian boundary water area. All basic food and equipment is included. Please note: This trip requires advance planning and application for special U.S. and Canadian border documentation.
